OUR STORY
Nomora was born in Alba, Piedmont, in 2024, inspired by the vision of Paolo Repetto, founder of Vinifera in 2005 and a seasoned expert in selecting and selling fine wines. After years immersed in wine-infused tastings, events, and celebrations, Paolo sought an alternative that could merge the joy of conviviality with the growing demand for taste and well-being.
Nomora came to life through conversations with friends and clients who shared a vision – to create a way for everyone to savor the timeless pleasure of wine, free from the effects of alcohol. Though we are a young company, our future is crystal clear. Despite the challenges of experimenting with and producing de-alcoholized wines in Italy until 2025, we remain committed to innovation and continuous improvement every day.
