FREE SHIPPING ACROSS ITALY FOR ORDERS OVER €114.00
We ship our products throughout Italy via express courier.
Deliveries in Italy are made within 48 working hours from order confirmation, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Deliveries to islands and some areas in southern Italy may take an additional 24 hours.
During periods like Black Friday and in December, deliveries may take 72/96 working hours.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR ITALY
Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €114.00.
For orders below €114.00, the shipping cost is €19.00.

SECURE TRANSPORT AND PACKAGING
Your products will always arrive intact thanks to the use of certified packaging for transporting glass and fragile items.
Shipping is always covered by insurance in case of loss, theft, or total breakage. Once the wines leave our warehouses, you will receive an email with the tracking code for your order, so you can always know the delivery day and the status of your goods.
However, in case you receive a damaged or tampered package or a partial delivery, please highlight this issue by writing the word "RESERVE" on the delivery document signed by the courier, and describe the issue you encountered. Then, notify Nomora's customer service at info@nomora.it, attaching photos of the damage, packaging, and any damaged products.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All purchases made by private customers on nomora.it are guaranteed the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the order.
Send an email to info@nomora.it, stating that you wish to return the purchased products, including your name and the order number. The goods must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and in the same condition as when delivered by the courier.
You may return the goods in any way, but the shipping cost will be at your expense. We recommend using the same packaging in which the goods were delivered to prevent damage.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will issue a refund via the payment method of your choice (bank transfer, credit card, or bank account) as long as the goods are intact and there are no damaged labels or other issues.
