A bottle of Nomora stays fresh for up to 3 days after opening, as long as it’s stored properly.

It’s better not to. Freezing any wine – dealcoholized or not – can alter the flavor and affect the quality. Store your bottles in a cool, dark place instead.
Yes, it usually lasts about two/three years. Each bottle has a specific expiration date, which you’ll find on the label.
We want Nomora’s de-alcoholized wines to be both delicious and healthy. All our ingredients are listed on the labels. As of January 2025, our de-alcoholized wines contain a small amount of concentrated must from the same wine, which helps balance the lack of alcohol, along with a minimal amount of food preservative. One of the goals of our research is to reduce the sugar content to the point of eliminating it entirely.
